Well done to everyone for your commitment over May and June where we focused on technique to enhance understanding of the Joseph Pilates repertoire of 34 mat-based exercises.  Really impressive to see the progress and improvement in the Principles of Pilates, especially control and precision.

 

In July we go back to focusing on a specific area – abdominal muscles.  The Abdominal Series from the 34 repertoire will be at the centre of all sessions – should be fun !!!
